Please ensure that orders are confirmed and made 7 working days (or at least 14 working days for customised orders) before the collection or the delivery of items. Otherwise, a rush fee may be charged.
i. Customisation of Products
Please let us know the specifications of the request and customization that you would like for your order.
Confirmation of packaging, products, and delivery details (if required) have to be made at least 14 working days in advance. This is to avoid miscommunication and to ensure that all products are in order accordance to request. The pricing of products may differ due to the customization service.
ii. Delivery of Products
For individual delivery of orders, a delivery fee will be implemented; depending if the delivery is done via courier service or dispatch service. Our standard delivery charge is a minimum of RM15 per location.
On courier service:
Not all our products are suitable to be sent via courier services. Therefore we will always advice the suitability of the products before confirming the order. We always ensure that our products are safely packed before passing to the courier service. We will not be held responsible to the damage of products via courier service.
iii. Payment of Products
Our team will advice you on the payment upon the confirmation of order.
A 50% deposit from the total payment should be made for the confirmation of order, and the remaining 50% should be made upon the completion of order.

Our products are always made fresh to order. As our products are mostly handmade, we suggest that a minimum of 7 working days (14 working days for customised orders) lead time should be given to us to fulfill the orders.
